Yesterday's workout was called "Lots of Work part 2"
it was the following:
3min - 6min - 9min
2 min rest in between.
do as much work as possible in this time of the following:
250m row
25 sandbag clean and press (65lbs) (basically--lifting a sandbag above your head, then lifting it above your head)
25 pushups (hand-release) (go down, have your boobs touch the ground, release your hands, come back up).
25 box jumps (jumping on a 24" box)
25 toes-to-bar
25 kettle-bell swings (55lbs)
25 double unders
You start at the top of the list every time.
I only got through 13 toes-to-bar during the 9min part.
If I did lighter weight, I could have gotten through it all, probably---but this workout kicked my butt. |
