What shall it be?


I was talking to the guys at work and I told them that when I last ran, my heart rate was at 178.
I looked at the chart that is on the treadmill machine and it said that a 10 year olds heart rate while doing a cardio workout is supposed to be at 165.

Is 178 a high heart rate?
Is it a normal heart rate?

I think there's a formula you can look up online to find out what your target heart rates should be. Those on the machines are usually just estimates.
