So I am the newbie here. My name is Hollie and my diary is .xoxo. That is without the period at the end lol. I am 20 years old. I joined this diary to hopefully get some motivation to lose weight. I am kind of tired of writing about my struggles with losing weight on my other diary, because truthfully I don't think anyone understands me there so I am hoping to get some understanding here. Anyways, I am almost 5'4'' and I weigh about 198lbs at the moment. I was doing really good for a while with my eating and my exercising and then I was stressed out with school. I am planning on losing weight for the summer and also in September for when I go to Disneyland. This is the heaviest I have ever been, and it is pretty depressing. I hate that I put myself down for it, and I should stop that. My biggest problems are eating late, and soda. I have been doing good with the soda and actually find myself preferring water over soda lately. Another problem is finding time to exercise, but they said it takes 30 days to make it a habit so I just need to stick with it. I like to exercise watching TV, because then it isn't such a problem. I usually exercise on my elliptical or my Wii Fit. I also want to try hydroxycut to help me boost my weight loss because I want to loose more weight before my 21st birthday when I will be drinking a whole crap ton of calories with all the alcohol lol. I do not want to lose all of my weight with hydroxycut, and I realize it takes eating less and exercising more to really lose the weight.
