completely unmotivated
however i made myself go to the gym today.
mustered up enough energy to burn 400 calories and did about 3 miles on the treadmill in 45 minutes.
normally i could do 1k in an hour and a half but i am so not motivated lately.
i cant find anything right now that sparks motivation.
so now.
i am on the hunt.
atleast this week (even tho i will be on my crimson wave) i will watch what i eat again and be more conscious that i have been the last couple weeks.
yuck. i just want to sleep or something.
stress is not a good thing when you've got goals to meet!!!
