Well i weighed myself on Easter (atleast i think it was easter..lol) and i was down 22 pounds.
i have fallen off the bandwagon due to work and getting ready for my move.
So here's my list of things i'll do while at Cedar Point this summer:
-Run on the beach for an hour
-walk a lot (which is easy because that's all i'll be doing!)
-save money by eating tuna sandwiches
-do abs and arms with my brothers 40lb shot put im taking down with me.
i dont know what else to add but i want to start modeling by winter so; this is my goal.
I lost tons of weight by eating special k original for breakfast every morning, having tuna sandwhiches for lunch and grilled chicken salads for dinner every day for 3 months. good luck!!! ~ From *tamika* at
