That's awesome! I'm going to do that. I also was going to post pictures but after I get back from visiting my FH for the weekend. I'll post a before-ish and my recent picture. BTW, exercise is still exercise. Just being active for 30 minutes a day is awesome! GOOD JOB!

Hey there! We'll definitely support you any way we can. I would like to point out about diet pills... they're not really worth it. What you might want to try, to gain some energy, is take a good multivitamin and B-12 vitamins to give you energy. It's just a little bit better because most diet pills are just caffeine pills and it's not good to have.
Good job! I think it's a nice head start. Don't be discouraged if you gain some back. Being sick is evil like that. Definitely watch portion sizes. But a few smaller plates (dollar stores have cute small plates, just don't stick them in the microwave!) to control your portions. I love small plates. I feel like I'm eating a lot more than I really am.
Oh i forgot to mention...i got my DVD's from amazon.co.uk (i dont know if the amazon.com has them! You could always download them? ive downloaded loads xxx
