Chris and I decided to start making healthier food decisions in an offhand manner last night. Lol Today I made a grocery list that already was mostly healthy to begin with. It's the junk between grocery trips that we need to work on. I think it we cut make a lot on the junk and then only have it in moderation, we'll both be get better with our self control. We're also going to try to be more active, which will be difficult in the winter months. I can always go to the gym after work since it's across from my work, but he may have to either join one or just skip driving to and from work. It's not a long walk, but I think it'll help as well. We'll likely feel less lazy the more active and healthier we eat. That will be a nice change.
