Well Black Friday shopping went AWESOME! I went with my sister and met my sister in law at a couple places but here is the rundown of where we went. Toys R Us opened at midnight this year so my sister and I got there at 11. The line was around the building at that point but not bad. By the time the store opened the line was OUT OF CONTROL!! like it wrapped all the way around the parking lot and up the street so far that you couldnt see the end. It was insane. I got Evan the Fisher-Price Go baby go crawl and cruise musical jungle (on sale for $38 origionally $65) and got Brady a Home Depot tool box with a bunch of tools. We got done there at 12:45. It was a mad house in there. my sister in law got stuck in line for over 2 hours!! We went to Dunkin Donuts after that and had a snack and some coffee and planned our next stop. Kohls didnt open until 4 and we wanted to get there at 3 so we had some time to kill. My sisters friend was waiting at walmart because she was getting a TV so we went and visited her and then dropped some stuff off at my sisters and headed to Kohls. We got SO much at Kohls!! they had the best sales. Almost all their toys were 50% off so I got a ton of stuff there. We got my mom this 6 piece luggage set that was origionally $179 on sale for $49! All in all I spent about $200 and saved $380!! that is freakin amazing. After that we went to the mall and my sister bought some living room furniture then we went home. We shopped from 12 - 6 am LOL. Then at 11 I went back to Kohls and got more stuff. It was so damn fun. Its such a rush.
Yesterday and today I have been decorating for christmas. I have almost everything done. We are getting out tree next weekend. I cant wait. Well thats all for now. All the kids and Aaron are sleeping and I want to relax before everybody wakes up! |
