eating luch in highschool please help

hey i no other ppl have it way worse and your thinking highschool is no big deal and your right its not really a big deal however when your there it is somewhat of a deal at the time. s0 here lies my dillema i sit at a table at scho0l with a one friend and a bunch of other people i don't really know except for another one... me and my friend don't know how to inter act with them they talk and i have no idea wat to say..... i am a talker but sitting there i feel as if i am boring which is not me really its not.... so if you have any suggestions on how to interact with the other ppl my ears are open... its not like they are mean its simply i have nothing in common with them no classes and i don't know them.... how do i join in there conversations when i have no clue????

Maybe switch to a different table.
Theres a lot of people in the school, and there is bound to be a table of people that will have similar interests.
Than it will be easier to mingle and join in on the conversation.

well you could start with something simple and just ask a question like what is your favoirte type of music or w/e. (:

Comment on something they are interested in. Everyone likes to talk about themselves, so ask them a question about them.

I agree. sometimes you just have to jump in.
I kinda had the same problem when i was in high school.
just comment on whatever there talking about..then ask them questions about them.

The best thing to do is just to jump in on the conversation! That's the only way you'll get to know them, + it'll make things much less awkward for you & your friend. (: Good luck with that. It'll get easier the more days you sit by these people.
