Day 4

02/28/2014

The girl who waited.
I am tired. I am bone tired and my calves ache. I'm getting a little bit fed up with walking around like an old woman. Getting up at 7 was all right, work was all right because I was on till for most of the day and didn't have to move. I was only on the shop floor for my last hour at work. I was so tired, though, I just wanted to go home. When I did get home I realised I then had to do another DVD. Luckily it was Cardio Recovery and only 33 minutes. I had the other half of my wholemeal bagel and peanut butter, waited an hour then cracked on with the DVD. Was supposed to go to Kuk Sool tonight but I found out it was sparring tonight and my brother has the car. I can barely walk up the stairs let alone t the sports centre so I decided to give tonight I miss and just relax.

Cardio Recovery
Finallly a DVD that doesn't incorporate cardio and make me feel like I want to die. Should be an easy session right? Wrong. That bloody DVD hurt! It was full of stretches and lunges and yoga poses, (and I've always hated yoga) I could see the point of the DVD, it did give you a break from all the jumping around and really works on stretching your muscles and flexibility but it just hurt. I'm hoping it gets better over the weeks.

Food Intake.
Wholemeal bagel with peanut butter
Wheatgerm sandwich with a slice of turkey and low fat mayo
Handful of cashew nuts
Clementine.
Thin quick fry steak and salad.
Mulitigrain delight bites
A slice of wheatgerm break (the end I was peckish)
2 x Protein shakes
3 x tea
Bottle of peach flavoured water.
