Battle
Confession. I am actually writing this the morning of day six. I was that shattered last night, I completely forgot to update this diary. Who can blame me though, 4 shifts on a row, long ones, 3 were early starts and all those insanity DVDs worked around them. No wonder I was asleep by 10! Again at work for 6:45, I started off doing the bread delivery and then because I mentioned how I wanted to try helping out with produce more, they decided to swap me over. Probably not such a good idea on an extremely busy Saturday morning, on pay day and voucher weekend! So yeah by the time I got home at 2 I was shattered and was faced with another insanity dvd. I had about an hour to sit down to let a bit of chocolate crunch I had eaten go down. (A colleague brought a piece in for me, it would have been rude not to have eaten it!)
Once that was down I then done the DVD. I was supposed to have a friend over for the evening but they had to cancel because they forgot they had made arrangements before to out to one of our martial arts instructors birthday outing. In all honesty I was kinda glad they cancelled, I really couldn't be bothered to have someone round, I just wanted an early night! Which I got!

Pure Cardio
No word of a lie I think this was the toughest DVD so far, other then the fit test. I was swearing so many times in my head. I would have swore out loud but I didn't have enough breath to waste on swearing. I expected pure cardio to be tough by damn, I was glad that was over! So much jumping around. There is too much jumping in Insanity! It's not good for my knees! I'm dreading it in two weeks time where I have to combine the Pure Cardio DVD with the Cardio Abs DVD. That is going to be a hellish day.

Food Intake
Multigrain delight bites
Wheatgerm turkey light mayo sandwich
orange and a yogurt
A piece of chocolate crunch
2 x Fajitas with chicken, peppers and onions (full fat mayo as well)
A few chips
3 x tea
1 x Protein drink
1/2 x blackcurrant and vanilla tea
