AchooSo today is supposed to be a rest day in the Insanity challenge. Except I don't get to rest. I have to go to my kuk sool training session this evening. Since my cold has developed and become more evil, I've spent most of the day in bed. Making the most of my day off and 'rest day'. Alas, kuk sool called and I had to pluck the energy to get up and go. Half a wholemeal bagel with peanut butter did the trick! I went and I did all that I could and survived. Now I'm faced with the thought of the next six days worth of insanity DVDs and my bitch of a cold. Sad face.
Food Intake
Benefit with red fruit and milk
Handful of blueberries

Wheatgerm sandwich with low fat mayo, turkey, pastrami and lettuce.
Some cashew nuts.
Celery and cucumber sticks with low fat houmous.
Half a wholemeal bagel with peanut butter.
Some bagged salad, garlic potatoes, 4 breaded garlic mushrooms (bad kelsey I know) and half a chicken breast with low fat mayo and breadcrumbs.

1 x Fruit tea
1 x bottled peach water
1 x protein drink
