Whatever is on your mind today, once you think it, ask yourself..,”Why am I choosing to think this thought?”
Does it make you feel good?
Does it make you sad?
Does it make you angry?
Does it make you feel like shit?
Those thoughts invite like-thoughts. If you wonder why you always feel down, notice what you’re thinking.
It’s okay if you have these thoughts. It’s okay to feel down, to question everything but you don’t have to get carried away with it.
What would you have to think about yourself right now in order to reset those thoughts, to start where you are now & adjust that going forward?
