Magical Morning Gratitudes

Here we go !!! 

Wishing you all a wonderful morning. It's rainy where I am and it's perfect.

 

(Gratitudes) I am thankful for having an entire morning to myself...The sound of the rain on the highway.. I am thankful for waiting for a huge check to clear and take care of my debt.. I am thankful for GF cherry pastries and decaf cuban lattes.. I am thankful for being able to do whatever it is I want to do.. I am thankful for managing my mind and seeing areas that need TLC. I am thankful for the happiness in my home. I am thankful for the relationship I have with my mother. I am thankful for always finding excitement and satisfaction in whatever I am doing. I am thankful the people I care about are healthy and enjoying their lives.

 

(Past tense) Today was wonderful. I wore black leggings and felt like a total boss. I closed 10 items today at the office and stay engaged the entire day. I had so much energy in me and inspiration for content. I had a yummy lunch, made from home and stayed hydrated all day. It rained for most the day and I loved every minute of it. 

 

(Goals) Once I got out of my debt hole, I never fell in it again. I am fully booked right now and it feels amazing to see my clients getting results they want. I am putting together an event to talk about the MHDR Program. It feels surreal. I took my sister and dad to Italy in 2020 on a round trip, we had such a memorable time. I am so proud of myself and can't believe I created the life I am living.

 

Another thought for today.. .

What are some things that make you feel good when you think about them?

Like for me, if I am feeling pissed off or something triggers me in the day, I try my best to figure out why I am choosing to feel that way, like what makes me think that thought and then I think, well, if I felt kick ass or just better in some sense, what would I need to think? "I am too important to let something so trivial worry me"... "I am having a good time."... "I am creating more of what I enjoy"... I think about fun times at the beach, tall mimosas, reading on the couch, playing computer games that I have a total guilty pleasure for, going for a walk, making dinner... 

 

The key is take yourself from that less than feeling and move up on the scale.. To increase your feel goods and your moment by thinking something, feeling something, doing something, that makes you feel better. <3
