Sitting here watching The Aristocats with Elora. 
My girl has pretty decent taste in movies so far. Though I mus say, watching the same one every day is less than amusing lol
But it keeps her happy. And she LOVES dancing to the jazz song.
We went to my friends daughter's first birthday party today and there was a small fleet of children her age there to play with. That's when I realized two things. 1) I don't really have to be too worried about not having her in preschool, socializationwise. And 2) My kid is TALL.
Like almost a head and a half taller than some kids her age. There was one girl who was on the petite side, and she had to look UP at Elora. That's crazy to me. I'm what you'd call diminutive in stature. I'm only 5'3". Guess she picked up a few things from Numbnuts after all.
Kohl's kept me after season ended so I got a pretty decent discount on a few pairs of shoes for Elora and myself. She's pretty excited about them.  |
