i go to toronto in exactly one month. hurry hurry hurry.
i bought myself flowers today. roses aren't exactly the springiest of flowers, but the colour of these is exquisite. i couldn't pass them by. this was after buying a new vase, and some cute polka dot ribbon to decorate it. it's a tiny touch, but i'm quite proud of it. [yes, i'm a dork]
no one can accuse me of being any sort of pro flower arranger, but i think that when these roses are fully open [and the store flower lady said this variety opens quite large] they will be beyond gorgeous.
i've been taking a lot of pictures lately. it's a semi-conscious effort to figure out my camera/photography thru trial and error. here are some of the flowers:

i should make her try it when she comes to texas. y'know, i liked garlic dip more for a while, but ranch is pretty much always on hand here. and it's easier to eat it with especially when the pizza's hot and i don't wanna wait. hahaha.

Those are totally stunning - I couldn't have passed them up either (even though I generally don't buy cut flowers). Good find!! Why are you going to Toronto? My best friend lives in Toronto, however I've yet to go up. I really want to go soon though - so let me know how you like it

RYC: like you said- i think it's all about the money. They are way too old to keep dragging this out!! The first movie was just terrible, it was depressing and wasn't at all 'sex in the city'. I agree with what you said that they brought the series to a tidy close and they just keep draining the dignity out of it now!
