the bed is together! well, mostly. sort of. the part you see is just lovely. the part you don't see (the slats), we'll cross that bridge at some point. or not. it looks good as it is right now, and i'm happy with that.
the best part? no fighting over its assembly at all. and we both love the way it looks in our room.
now that the bed is together, we can finally hang some photos over it. i have 3 black frames with wide white mats, into which we'll put black and white prints from our wedding. we need to decide if we're hanging them portrait or landscape, so i can choose the pictures and get that done. easy peasy.

Yes we want one or two more in a few years. I can't do IUD's (health reasons) and I can't take other pill forms while breastfeeding. So I'm on a specific one that I suites me according to my obgyn.
