i ordered my new camera tonight. yay!! in short, the camera i thought was kind of broken is definitely broken. so, sometime this week, this baby will arrive in my mailbox:




i'm so excited!! it's a canon powershot a100is (in purple). the camera it's replacing is an a560, and it's essentially the same camera, with a few updates/upgrades. i'm anticipating another great camera, and i'll try not to bust the battery latch off of this one.
i'm so happy that i'll be able to take a million pictures of the move. the scenery on the drive, and the moving process itself, will certainly merit some photos.

Taht's the same thing that happens to me EVERY SINGLE TIME! I got a two year warranty on my newest one [which within a few months I'm already slowly killing]. It's nice, because it's usually just under two years and it's done for. Hah.

HAHAHAHA. i didn't even notice those.
mom works at a nursing home & gave those to us when they moved. they are now full of recycling because of the damn strike. and we just haven't bothered to take it all down and sort it because we need to wait until the day after the pick up so i know the boxes in the garbage room will be empty enough to hold all of it.
