There is nothing negative to say about this product, in my opinion. I'm sure there are salon products out there that are just as good as it, but this one takes the cake, because it is so inexpensive!
Basically what the Heat Tamer Spray does is it protects your hair from the heat of a hair dryer or any other styling appliance (curling iron, flat iron, etc). If you use one of these products every day and don't use a heat protectant your hair will become extremely damaged. It won't be as shiny, it will become dry and you will also notice a lot of split ends. A heat protectant like the TRESemme Heat Tamer Spray will prevent this from happening.
TRESemme's product also conditions and leaves your hair shiny. Since using this product I've gotten compliments on how shiny my hair is! I've noticed it's a lot softer, too. It can be used on wet and dry hair, which is great. I wanted to try the Chi 44 Iron Guard Thermal Protection Spray, but you can only use that on dry hair. My hair is naturally stick straight and is impossible to curl (literally, I've attempted to get 2 perms, neither of which took), so I only use my hair dryer. The Chi heat protectant would be a waste of money for me.
A couple of additional things that are great about this product are that it smells really good and it isn't tested on animals.
I definitely reccomend this product to anyone looking for a good heat protectant.
