♥ I love the colors, and that the words are small yet still readable!
♥ I love the gradient of colour used in this icon in the bottom right hand corner and I think text although sticking to the "tiny" brief, is fitting saying "you aren't in sight". I like it very much
♥ The crop is well done, the text is fits the image perfectly and the added color is awesome!
Against
♥ While I do appreciate what was done to this icon, I feel that it is too bright. The texture/gradient used overwhelms the icon and drowns out the original vibrant colours of the ferris wheel. The white background also makes the icon feel very washed out, especially in the lower areas of text.
My Input
I really liked this icon initially. Until I saw everyone else's. I used a lot of differed layers of texture to get the effect. However it still wasn't the gradient effect that I had wanted, which was based on a tutorial I followed a few years ago that I could no longer find.
I dislike the way my text brush turned out. Also, at least on my computer screen this icon looks anything but washed out; a little too bright. But perhaps that's also what they meant, washed out in brightness.
This round was hard to judge, there were several that I thought could be winning; a lot of good entries 
let's see what happens next challenge!
