ryc; it wasn't that I think they're awful, I just feel like none of them have that something that makes them pop. Same old boring thing that I always do.
ah thank you! my sister was taking the pictures and she told me to do that pose hehe. i wanted the black underneath the dress to show but thank you so much for the nice comments, it makes me feel alot better
Yes, well I was very indecisive about which icon to enter! lol I asked Lauren if I could enter two and go with the most popular one, but she said no. Such a meanie. lol
I know you picked 14 just because it's Canadian.
I am quite in love with my last two icons too. But I think that's because I JUST made those two. I tend to love at first then realise they're nothing special after. lol
Oh my gosh, I love these. They look so good together. I especially love #2. The colouring in #1 is amazing. And the colours in #3 complement each other so well.
oh, and I must ask, where did you get the code for your comment template? I'd like to use a template for my pic here, and I've searched everywhere and can't find anything to get a code for it.
I'd really appreciate your help! thanks!
I do save in .gif...I've had a lot of problems saving in .jpeg, so it's just become a habit. lol I'll have to test some stuff out and see which way I like best.
RYC; No, you're right. That happened in another background I made, too. When I first started making icons I saved them as .jpeg and the text always looked really really bad. Someone told me to save it as .gif and it worked great. Ever since then I've just used that. I didn't know there were better ways to save different sized images. lol
