[09] The bank is stealing from us

Omg i have never been so angry in my whole life Yeah you might think my entry is a bit (yeah whatever the bank aint stealing from her) well they are and there stealing from you too

This time last year me and simon took out a 15000 personal loan which we used to go travelling, and ever since weve paid te full 320.87 in ful each month on the 22nd. This 320.87 as stated in our contract is to pay back the money we have borrowed including the intreast

But the other day while looking over our loan we noticed the banks keeps charging us 180 here and 150 there and calling it intreast, at first we were like ok then when it kept happening we decided to phone them up, the girl we had just said "oh dont you know what intreast is??" you stupid bitch of course i do

We decied to bring the old contract out and have a read so im going to brake it down for you.
15000- 17100 credit
Plus total amount of intreast : 9223.08
= 26,953.08

Our contract repeats that that total amount is the full amount we have to pay execpt from of course, default fees, and late fees which we always pay. Its 7.50 extra a month which we pay

So then with our evidence we caluclated that they are charging us 1800 extra a month of intreast we already thought we were paying which takes the total amount they want us to pay to up to nearly 40,000 i have read our contract over and over again i have read the fine print and there was nothing stating extra intreast or anything like that.

So we phoned them up and got young bloke and we said to him we have a loan, so he brought up pur details and he told us we should only be paying 320.87 a month and that includes or intreast and was a bit confused when we told him we had been getting charged 1800 extra a month, unfortunatly he was only a level 1 cosuntlant and all we could do was tell him, we have to bring it up with someone higher up

I know we all get paid intreast, ours is lik 13.1 % but when you add up all the figures and terms and conditions on our contract, its like there making us pay 30% I DIDNT SIGN ANYTHING LIKE THAT AND IM NOT PAYING THEM ANOTHER CENT UNTILL THE CLEAR THIS OTHER INTREAST, IF THEY DONT I'LL LEAVE THE COUNTRY WITHOUT TELLING THEM AND SCREW THEM!!!!!

everybody double check there loan, credit card, homeloan contracts espically if you are with westpac! shittest bank ever. Goodbye ppppppppppppPRRRRFFFFTTTT

Banks are ripping people off for little things nowadays. People who don't pay close attention to their statements will most likely find some strange fee. It happened to me and I'll I did was make a call and it was fixed like nothing happened. It seems like they are doing this on purpose.

omg, i hate banks so much. They are saying I have like 90 dollars in the bank, when I should really have over 400. its ridiculous. the only way that could happen is if someone has my debit card number and using it without me knowing. that situation is messed up. i hope you get it straightened out soon.

A lot of banks and credit cards have been increasing their interest rates.
