Moving back to england

Hey everybody its kaaaattttiiiiie

So i might be moving bak to england
im a british citzen so i can go back no worries
Its my boyfriend he is an aussie and needs to get a visa
We have gone though some options
But none of them seem right for us

Fiance visa is only for 6 months
and you have to get married in this time

Unmarried visa you have to prove you have
been living togehter for 2 years
So that rules that one out
And working visa you need to be sponsored
Rules that out

Anyone else know of any other options for simon
He is a fully qualafied air con installer
25 years of age
We are just about to find out if his nan was born in uk
Then we can do an ancesrty visa i think

All crazy stuff but i really want us to get this sorted
I cant wait to move back home
Even though i love aussie - its not my home
im so happy simon wants to do this with me

I have to go now

i agree good luck with this because the whole visa thing is a complete nightmare, because i looked it in a few times. it's like a minefield, i dont think there is anymore you can actually look into with this, apart from get married. Cos i dont think they will allow just a boyfriend unless as you say he is working or marriage. only other option here is a student visa.

ps i just read your front page you ve been together a year and a half why not wait six months and prove the two year living thing. but then as i understand this you'll need prove and pics and holiday snaps and everything documentation that is asked lol. then you need to prove you can actually support him, without welfare help. your better off staying where you are lol.
