This is more of a question towards others than me actually answering it myself. I went on an American Health Board recognised website, and just wanted to check my body fat percentage in order to fill out one of my health checks.
When I went through the graph, after being given instructions by measuring various parts of my body, I found that I had 32% body fat. According to the website (I had faith in it as it was recognised by the American Health Board) I am perfectly healthy for a Cacausin, 5 foot 1 female, which doesn't make any sense as if you go by my height and weight, then I'm overweight. And my waist is where I have the bulge.
I am horribly confused and am wondering if anyone knows if this is true.
Thank you.
