Appeal To All Layout Experts

This is going to be a slight strange entry, as it is more of an appeal to anyone who is good with layouts. I was wondering if anyone could look at my front page and advise me how to make it so that there are no sliding buttons on any of the three boxes. I think I've made a bit of a mess of it, and am not sure how to fix it.

Teach me to start messing around with the dimensions.

K i just looked at your front page, there's not much you can do for the entry box, it's naturally supposed to scroll, but the one on the far right, i can do one of two things, either give you the numbers to put into your layout, or teach you how to do it. and let you figure it out yourself,

alrighty, the one on the right, you have it set to a height of 500, it needs to be 750,

and the one on the left, you have its height at 350, also change it to 750
