...this need to have late night parties in someone's house who has roommates. Exactly how is this fair to the ones who live there, especially when it's past two, there's a lot of noise and I can't go to sleep. I don't have work tomorrow, so it's not as if I can't catch up on my sleep tomorrow but it's the fact that there are strangers in my house, who are making a lot of noise. I can't relax when there are strangers in my house.
And it's only my sis' boyfriend who is having this party. Sis went to bed at midnight, she's asleep and he's having a party downstairs. Logical thing to do would of course be to go down and tell them to turn the racket down, but that doesn't help my fear of having strangers in my house. I know that's it not completely rational, they wouldn't try anything, but I really feel creeped out when I'm trying to sleep (or staying up because I can't) and there are people only a floor down, partying.
All I got to say is thank the Gods that they'll be out here by Monday. Sis and her boyfriend are moving out to their new apartment then, and I'll have the house to myself. Sis is currently doing all the packing as he has to work, but he will be doing the moving, mostly by himself, though sis will be helping him once she gets back from work. Still seems that it's bit too heavily relied on my sis doing all the work, but I've given up trying to figure out the dynamics of their relationship.
So, with them gone I'm losing several things, but it's probably the push I need to get out of here. I have a month before the Sky runs out and it's during that time that I hope that I find somewhere nice for my cat and I, and I can move in there and be all right. Then my mum can come home and get rid of the rest of the family stuff and it can be rented out.
I don't remember if I've mentioned this before, but I'll be viewing a house on Monday, about half past eight. Don't know anything about it, other than the few pics I've seen but I'm hoping it will be better than the complete -hole- I saw two days before.
Anyway, better go. I'm playing Evony (just did a very un-successful uprising) and I need to get a few things sorted before I really try going to bed.
