I've Lost Weight! Yeah!

12/14/2009

After avoiding the scale as if it was a pariah (and it was for several weeks due to the fact that it looked as though I was gaining weight instead of losing it), I finally decided after burning 195 calories from boxing (have I mentioned that I am very proud of myself for doing so?), I decided to give it one last go. As my Wii board is acting up and I'll have to return it to the shop to see if they can do something about it (it keeps turning itself off even though there are new batteries in it), I decided to go back to those dreaded scales and checked again.

And realised that in actual fact, the scales aren't so bad when you leave them alone for more than two weeks and then it gives you a positive number.

I lost three pounds!

I'm still 'up' there in terms of weight, but I have no offically lost four pounds and I'm going to keep on going! I'm not giving up! I'm going to lose all of this weight and go back to what I should be.

And I still don't care what that stupid BMI data says I should be. I'm picking the weight that is healthy, will give me a good figure and get there healthly by eating right and fitness.
