I hate having to train people. When I first get someone they are basically useless to me. Then when i get them to the point that I might accually be able to use them in some effective manner they are either reassigned or they shoot themselves in the foot and get fired. I suppose that I should mention the third type the ones that I just have to have them let go. I might be dealing with the third type with both my new temps. R is apperently been diagnoised with some kinda depression. Apperently it's some kinda mild constant depression I tend to like to call a thing like the life. G the other is well less then optimal intelegence. It takes him longer then I like to learn things and then I can currently afford to spend time on. If things were at the best case situation I might be able to spend the nessary time grinding him down and then building him back up as a person. |
