Hey gang, hows it going?
Figured I should check in since it had been a few days. Busy week coming up, my wife and I's birthdays are a little over a week away. I was able to get her an awesome present this year.
I got her tickets to go see Bob Dylan live at Meadow Brook in Rochester Hills. That plus friends of ours are taking her to see a Tigers game today. I told her last night I wish I was turning 30 this year, seems like everyone goes all out for ya at 30. LOL
So while she is off watch the Tigers and my mother and younger brother (who live with us) are off helping friends move, my son and I are headed out with friends to the County Fair.
It's weird, all of our other friends who were closing in on 30 were freaking out about it. While Liz and I are rather calm about the whole thing. Getting older doesn't bother us, it's not like we can stop it and we figure if you can't do anything about it why stress it.
I turn 29 this year (on August 11th for those who care) and Liz will be 30 (on August 10th), I will admit that 2011 has been a pretty damn good year for us and our business.
I am getting ready to make a few BIG changes with my radio network and am excited for the things I have been able to accomplish in the past few months. I can't say too much right now, but it'll be BIG and mean a lot for the people involved.
