update on last entry;

Well she came over this morning to get a shower and call the landlord. I guess she thinks we're all completely stupid and maybe we are for still allowing her in this house?.... She told us the landlord said he got the check today. So I had Rosa call the landlord herself after Esther went to work and check, because we all know Esther lies. Well he told Rosa that he still hadn't received the money order. And he said if we call again tomorrow to call later because the mail doesn't come early at his house. -once again confirming that's Esther's a fucking bitch ass liar.

I really want to cut her off completely. If this were all up to me, I'd take the damn car back, change the locks, and say "FUCK YOU you brought this on yourself." She's 40 something years old, it's about damn time she figures out how to live withing stealing from her mother and the only brother (out of 3) that's still speaking to her.

Dan doesn't want to take the car cause he says that would only create more problems in the long run. I agree it would create problems for HER cause she'd have to catch the bus, but it would pay our friggen rent that she stole if we sold it! Also, Esther's husband and Dan have a history of fighting pretty bad.

I'm thinking of going behind Dan's back and talking to his brothers about what's going on with the rent and Esther. Asking for their help in talking to Dan and Rosa, and asking for their help in getting the car back from Esther. (It's even worse now cause she has the title. We needed the title when we got the car out of inpound and it's still in the glove box if they didn't take it out. It's still in Dan's name assuming she didn't forge his signature.)

So now... I let Boo out to go potty before bed and I looked in the file cabenit outside where we hide the key for Esther to come in in the morning to get a shower, and Rosa left the fucking key out there for her. I want to bring it in but I know Esther will just knock on Rosa's bedroom window and wake her up to be let in. I don't think Rosa wants to just cut her off, even though that's the ONLY way to go about this.... I'm sooooo friggen pissed off and stressed out since this all happened.

Dan and I want to get our own place and move Rosa in with us, so we'd have say of if Esther comes over or not. But I know that wouldn't work long term. Rosa would end up telling her where we're living or Esther would find some way of figuring it out and she'd still be coming over.

WHAT THE FUCK DO WE DO!?!?!? -- We already told Rosa if she doesn't tell Esther she's no longer welcome here then Dan and I are moving out cause we can't deal with her anymore, but we've threatened that before and I think Rosa doesn't take us seriously...
