so mother nature must know i am a nurtuer. a few weeks ago gary n brandon found a very very newborn baby bird and we left it cuz we knew we couldnt take care of a bird thatt young. it made me sad cuz i grew up catching n keepin turtles,frogs,snakes,salamanders. so i like to save animals. so it was rough. but it was ok.
well today was my karma. i was outside with bella & babii n babii was all over the grill. sniffin under it and everything. meanwhile i hear a bird chirpin really close. so i pull back the grill and there a baby bird. so i had to help this one. just had to. so i got a towel and picked it up n put it in a bucket. i bet it cut up meal worms and he or she has been doing great for 12 hrs so far. i named him/her georgey. im just hopin he makes it thru the night. they dont get fed at night so ill get gary to feed him once before he leaves for work tomorrow. right now georgey is sleeping on top of the fridge. in an old baby wipe container. lol if he makes it thru the night ill find a bigger box.
im such a sucker for a baby aminal.
ah! i have therapy tomorrow at 3! ill have to feed georgey good before i go. luckily its only a 45min session.
ya garys totally tryin not to get attached to georgey but the longer hes alive n well the sooner gary will be just as attached!
so gary n bella are upstairs in their rooms asleep. im watchin some tv with babii before i head to bed.
hopefully tomorrow georgey will still be good. and hopefully therapy will go well too!
