6 Been a while...

06/14/2013

Wow...an update OK, so it's been a while since I updated... So let's tell what's all been going on. Work has been good. Been trying to get more hours so I can move. I live in a 3 bedroom trailer but I dont even use the rooms. My kids sleep in 1 room, but I dont even sleep in my room since I told Josh to leave. Not because he isnt there. But because by the time I get home, get Rylee on the bus...the kids wake up and my sitter leaves. Which means I cant go to bed in the room and leave the kids awake in the living room by themselves. So I been crashing on the couch. Soooo, I decided to look for a smaller place. Also because I have to use 3 window a/c units...and it still doesnt get very cool in here. SO that is why I have decided to move.

Adisyn is doing good too. She is ready for school and she is getting over her sickness. (just a cold) Ehren went to the ER with a fever of 103.5. I was at work so I had my sister take him after they took his temperature. BUT, to my astonishment, the local ER refused to treat him! Because I wasnt there to give permission for treatment, they said. I CALL BULLSH*T!!! My son is 3 yrs old and they refused to treat him after triage took his temp and it was still 103.5!!! My sister called me and told me they wouldnt do anything for him because I wasnt there and I asked her to ask them if they would accept verbal permission via the phone. They said no! "How can we be sure that's really his mom?" WTF?! REALLY!? So I told her to come pick me up at work (30 mins away) and I would take him to the ER. They came and got me, he was burning up!! I was pissed! I went to the ER that was in the town where my work was and his fever was still high...they gave him some motrin and it went down to 101.8...and they gave me the 3rd degree as to why he had fever for so long. (we brought him in at 8pm...he had fever when I left for work at 4, but I gave him tylenol then and he still never broke it) I told them what happened and they were upset too! Said no baby should ever be turned away with a temp like his, no matter if mama brought him in or not. Come to find out, they would've accept verbal permission for treatment. But I was glad I was with him. They had to stick his arm twice to draw blood, swab his throat twice (he didnt like that), and took a chest xray. He cried
