so i had a good day,
had coffee with a good friend of mine, and during the course of our conversation i lamented that it will be at least two more weeks before i can get the college app sent off because i'm flat-assed broke and simply can't afford it, and he offered to pay for it, so that'll be done in the next couple of days....i'm glad, and the program is still open so fingers are crossed for it getting done.
and then i was talking to my mom earlier, and was talking about doing a birthday thing for me, that it'll be a little while before i can get it off the ground because again money is a problem, and *she's* offered to pay for that, so that should be happening in the next couple of weeks, i'm really glad, you only hit the big 3-0 once and it's the first time in a long time i've had a whole lot of good friends in my life, and all in one place, i'm really looking to having them all over hanging out, just being around all these great folks in my life....
anyways i know the two things i want for my b-day, they're not 'thing' things, just things i want to happen,
