Falsely accused and charged with rape.

Last night I found out some information that I don't really know how to comprehend.

Doug, my son's father, is going to jail. A year ago he was charged for something he is totally innocent of. His ex girlfriend (who by the way is a psychopath and had me falsely charged with harrassment the year before) had him charged with rape after they broke up. 

RAPE.

Of all things. Doug is A LOT of things, and I will be the first to say that. But he is not a rapist. He is not capable of rape. I was with him for a year and a half, have a child with him, and have been friends with him since I was 17. 

So I get a call from him last night, because he had gone to see his lawyer earlier in the day, and he tells me that he either pleads guilty, and gets 15 months in jail, OR he pleads innocent, goes to trial, and does 3 years if he is found guilty. 

THIS IS FUCKED. Unfortunately, there's no evidence to prove that he's innocent. It's his word against hers. 

What do I do? He has such a strong bond to Trystan, and now it's all gonna be taken away from them because of some stupid cunt who lives to make other peoples lives a living hell. 

It's so unfair. 

*sigh* 

He goes back to court on the 11th. I guess from there we will find out what's going to happen.

I just don't get how stupid bitches can cry rape, not get a rape kit done (she didn't even report the "rape" until 2 weeks after it supposedly took place), and then turn around and put an innocent person behind bars. If I could, I would totally beat this dumb cunt's face. She has a child who is Trystan's age. You'd think she would understand the severity of what she's accusing Doug of doing. 

But then again, in this world, there's two types of people.

Those who grow up...and those who just grow old.

I think she's gonna be one of the ones who just grow old.

ARGH! So frustrated.
