There is a road that meets the road that goes to my house

The good took up most of the day and much of the delighfully strange as well.  I got some gas so I can go get Lindsay and bring her here for the weekend, which is cool.  I also bought the Decemberists album Castaways and Cutouts, which is absolutely amazing in my opinion.  I love all their stuff.  Anyway, after that I jammed with my friend Joe in the demo room of Best Buy and they actually let us record back there.  So we started writing a couple new songs and I think it's going well.  I'm really happy about that ^_^

The bad included and was pretty much limited to the fact that my truck got hit while I was out.  Someone slammed the drivers side wheel and bent the metal so that I had to really warp more metal to get the drivers door open..and it still doesn't open all the way.

The delightfully strange was a lot of fun as well.  I spent the night and most of the morning hanging out with Daniel and his friend Emily and Sarah C.  Hanging out with that particular Sarah always ends up being a good time, but it always starts out awkward because I know she liked me at one point.  I'm not sure if she still does.  Anyway, long story short, me and Daniel spent an hour car surfing on her car in the parking lot of Celebration Cinema at 3am while she drove.  It was an absolute blast.  And that came after the four of us had a mini-picnic at around 1-2am in some other empty parking lot.  It was a pretty good day.

Except my truck getting effed up.  Rutherford has enough problems without another blow to his self esteem.
