furlough-tastic!

I will have to admit that I never heard the term furlough until two weeks ago when the discussions started.

The entire agency received notice that we will all be forced to take two unpaid leave days a month starting immediately. There is no clear sign of an ending, and I will be missing about $200.00 a month net. It's the biggest fucking joke.. EVER. We are under staffed, and as the economy gets worse, there are more people in our office.. I want to see what happens from here on out. Things are getting worse there's no sign of relief.

I am lucky to have a job, I know.. but the way things are being handled is insane.
