My Goals
30 by Thanksgiving=200 lbs

Stats
Weight: 224.0
Exercise: 30 minute walk
Food:
Breakfast- 1 blueberry waffle, with cream cheese. handful of rasperries.
Lunch- Had the chinese. The lime grass and chili one. wasnt that spicy and was actually really really good once the noodles decided they wanted to be soft. (I think that was the school microwaves doing though.)
Dinner- Had to run to work so I ate a ham sandwich, two dill pickle wedges and a babybel thing.
No, I can't complain.

I gained back a pound and a half from yesterday. I do have to remind myself that its week two. Biggest Loser says that Week Two is like the worst week ever for a diet because your body goes into survival mode. I just have to keep reminding myself that. I am scared though that I won't lose any weight week three. I've never actually stayed on a diet for longer than two weeks because I get so frustrated. I don't know what's on the other side of that two week hill. It could be amazing, or it could be not so amazing. If i could just loose the tire around my hips, I'll be set. Maybe make it a bicycle tire instead of a monster truck tire. Bottom line is, of course, health, but its frustrating when you dont see the numbers produced. I think from this blog forward, I will not weigh myself until a week has actually passed.

So, yesterday was pretty okay. I went to the store and bought some stuff that I had ran out of like fruits and veggies. I got some more black beans and pico de guallo and mixed them together. (Which is absolutely yummy in a salad with just a dollop of sour cream.) I also bought five chicken breasts so that I could cook them up and have good healthy chicken for a while. I put some chicken rub, garlic, and just a touch of cajun pepper. It was so good.

I also went to school and had math and philosophy. I'm going to help this guy today with some math because he's not doing so well in it. He had a bike accident that took him out of school for like a week b/c he was in the hospital. I'm going to try to get him caught up. Unfortunately the math that we have right now is base graphs and the only way you can really know them, is memorize them.

I'm going to quit drinking until halloween. That way I won't need midnight trips to Waffle House. Haha.

I'm with you, definitely. I especially like the last bit. I smoke weed, and I don't know if you do or not, but i ALWAYS get the munchies and eat bad things, so weed is my anti-skinny. haha. I think after tomorrow I'll stop for a bit too. Good idea
