My Goals30 by Thanksgiving=200 lbs
20 by Christmas= 180
10 By the time school's back in session= 170
35 By the end of the school year or spring break= 135StatsWeight: 222.5
Exercise: 30 minute walk. 50 crunches.
Food:
Breakfast- egg whites, scrambled, two pinches of moz cheese. (trying to decide if i want yogurt with it or something else. I'm all out of fruit.)
Lunch- Healthy Choice Fresh Mixers in Rotini & Zesty Marinara Sauce. Its actually pretty good, since usually "healthy pasta" microwave meals taste really dry and not very flavored at all. These are flavorful and not dry. Handful of tortilla chips.
Dinner- Planning on: The rest of my mixed veggies, and probably some kind of meat. Probably chicken because the store is having a sale on boneless, skinless chicken and it tasted so freaking good the last time i made it. If that is not enough, I'll snack on some celery later.
I am not alone.
I watched Biggest Loser last night, and what incredible determination those people have. I found a lot of things in common with them and my own battle of the buldge. I am determined now more than ever that I will succeed. I even found out some interesting facts about food last night as they did sort of a mini food boot camp. Meat portions are supposed to be between 3 and 4 ounces. That makes it so much easier. I had heard everything from: "just eat until you're full" Yeah thats great advice to "if its the size of your clenched hand, then its probably the right proportions." But that doesnt make any sence because I have really small stubby hands and two what about people with bigger hands. Are they supposed to eat more just because their hands extend mine? and what about height? If the meat is the size of my hand but stands about 5 inches tall, or something like that, am i to assume that I'm supposed to eat ALL of that? Ounces are so much of an easier concept. Haha. I also learned about salads at restaurants. Most are NOT healthy. In fact, the chef they had said that you might as well eat a hambuger instead. Obviously, eating in is a definite better solution than eating out because you know exactly what and how much is going into your food (usually).
I hate working out, but I love the after feeling of it. Last night, I had so much energy, I was probably bouncing off the walls. I don't want to be lazy anymore. I don't want that to be an excuse. I'll probably go for a walk today if this rain stops. If not, I'm going to have to do the bike which I dont like nearly as much as going outside and seeing all the nature because I go to our local park and walk (which is, litterally, like a four minute walk from my house so I dont even have to drive) Its looking like its not going to rain again, but you never know. Where I live, weather is entirely unpredictable.
So I'm going off to school today. I have math and philosophy, one of which I could live without. Suprisingly, its the philosophy. The class is SO boring. I do feel kind of bad for the teacher because we outwit her some of the time, but maybe she's the type that likes that sort of thing? *Shrugs*
I want a vat of coffee. Now. LOL. It is 8:50 in the morning and I want a reason to stay awake. I mean, besides the fact that I have school.
Gotta fly. I gotta get dressed for school at 9:30.
