It's probably water weight based on the foods you ate..I wouldn't beat yourself up so very much about it.

Exercise used to be a chore for me... so I found ways to make it entertaining. Zumba is a fun class it's dancy and awesome lol Maybe there's one in your area?

if you have on demand with comcast try doing the exercises they have on there, that way you dont have to go outside.
