Stats

Weight: 237; +5 lbs
Exercise: None yet
Food:
Breakfast- Frosted mini wheats, banana
Lunch- tuna probably
Snack yogurt
Dinner- dunno
Fuck.


I gained five pounds.
I feel completely and utterly crushed.

Yes, I fucked up bad yesterday, but does that really constitute FIVE pounds? Stupid body. Stupid workouts. Stupid metabolism. Why cant I be one of those girls who can eat whatever they want? Yes, in the end it catches up with them but I wont care about my body then. I care about it now.

This is so ridiculous and unfair. I love sweets. I love food. I would rather read a book snuggled up on the couch than go outside and play or workout. Does that make me a bad person? Is that supposed to give me some sort of Karma backlash? NO, but apparently the universe disagrees.

I'm basically back to the drawing board. Again.
Something isn't working.
Perhaps my lack of will power.
Maybe. Probably.

I'll check into some metabolism boosters and see about some sort of book on willpower later on this week. Right now, I've got a test to study for.

Exercise used to be a chore for me... so I found ways to make it entertaining. Zumba is a fun class it's dancy and awesome lol Maybe there's one in your area?

if you have on demand with comcast try doing the exercises they have on there, that way you dont have to go outside.
