2 Month Challenge

Day two: What is your MAIN reason for wanting to lose weight? (Be honest.)
Honestly? Just being healthier and happier and not suicidal is a good enough reason for me. I also love fitting into clothes I haven't been able to in a while and I have went from a 24 to a 20 in pant size so that's amazing.
Second Entry This Year. XD


Lost a little bit of weight today, two pounds since I weighed in on Saturday(?). I think it was Saturday anyway. Who really cares? lol I'm 3 lbs away from 260 and 6 lbs away from where I was last month. I'm going to try my best to lose as much weight as I can this month, HEALTHY. I at least want to lose five this month.

Yesterday was a good day. J and I finished the rest of this fabulous White Bean Chicken Chili that is now a staple in my house from now till the end of eternity, that's how good it was. I also had some carrots and Sabre spinach and artichoke hummus. They didn't have the roasted pine nut one at the store that's my fave but this one is pretty good. :)

After that, I got into YouTube (a WONDERFUL resource for all things workout related) and did 50-60 minutes of ZUMBA. The inside of my thighs still felt really ouchy from doing over 100 squats last weekend, so I was super gentle when i went into a squat position, only doing about a 4th of a squat, however I was "balls to the wall" with everything else. I'm really excited about my workout tonight. I'm going to be doing a Richard Simmons Sweating to the Oldies workout. They are so much fun! And Richard is, of course, my Celeb Workout Guru, as I stated in my last entry. :D We will be having Salsa Chicken, which is a household fave and I'll post the recipe and pics tomorrow.

As for today, I'm just sitting at work, grading calls and trying to decide fully what to do for today.
