In a way, drug addiction has an easier cure than food addiction. It -is- illegal, hey -do- have to go out of their way to get it. They -can- get help and never have to be near drugs again. But you? You HAVE to eat to live but you have to eat in such a way that provides nutrients instead of chemicals. It's going to be difficult. I'm sorry to hear that things are so serious but I'm glad that you're seeking assistance. I have a friend in OA and it really works for her.

a loss is a loss is what my dad tells me all the time cuz i rant to him about it alot...

i gotten the gazelle for christmas and i ended up gaining BACK the 5 pounds, and i lost like 56.6 something calories on it... and he was like a loss is a loss... and he thinks i might have gained muscle mass on it... it is a good work out
