So I have no idea how i got back down to 217.5 cause i really didnt do anything to get it. I had some coffee, i had a club sandwhich (which was fabulous. haha) I even had rum and kool-aid last night. I EVEN had a butterfinger and a bag of cool ranch chips. The human body is a strange thing. I'll probably weigh myself tomorrow and be over though. haha.
