I was SO not happy about turning 34, but it really did turn out to be the best birthday I've ever had! Sometime last week I got my first card in the mail.. from my friends Brenda and Melissa who live in Canada.. they sent me a BEAUTIFUL card, and 2 Angel medallions, and some dark chocolate truffle hot cocoa....mmmmmm  So skipping ahead to the day before my birthday, which would have been Sunday... My cousin Kim took me out for lunch at an awesome and yummy chinese buffet... then she bought me the coolest pair of pink and black Airwalk shoes... and she got me a tinkerbell doll... AND... she took me to see Twilight... which now has become my newest obsession! lmao Now I have to start reading all the books... Then we came back to my house and watched the American Music Awards... which in my opinion SUCKED... but anyway lol the hightlight of them was that I saw on one of the little notes they put on the screen that Linkin Park won an award! Linkin Park is my favorite band, so that's awesome.
On my birthday.... lol it seems like everyone, without knowing anyone else was doing it... was in a race to see who could tell me Happy Birthday first!!!! lol But the winner was my friend Chris! lol I woke up to my text message alert at 6 a.m., so he was the first one to tell me! lol 2nd, about 15 minutes later, was my boyfriend Corey, who was kicking himself in the ass for not waking up 15 minutes earlier so he could be the first! lol And 3rd, at 7 a.m. was my adopted Mom Lorna, singing Happy Birthday to me! lol Then I went back to sleep till 9:00 lol I helped my mom put some of her christmas village together... and then she took me to get my hair done... I am SO in love with my new hair cut! Then after that we came back home and got ready, and mom took me, Kim, Miria, and Ashley out to dinner at Applebees... it was awesome! OH... other presents I got... Mom got me tickets to go see Wicked (the play), and a bottle of "Believe" perfume... on top of getting my hair done and paying for everyone's dinner, and making them embarass the hell out of me by having all the waiters in the restaurant sing Happy Birthday to me at the top of their lungs! lol Let's see... Corey got me the new Linkin Park Cd/Dvd that came out on my birthday! It just got here today, I was so excited! It came with a t-shirt too, which I LOVE! My aunt Pat got me a purse that i have been wanting for a WHILE now lol Miria and Ashley got me revolving photo cube, which is really cool... My adopted mom got me a gift card for Wal-Mart... Well that's enough for my first entry being back... I'll post a few pics! I'm so glad we're back up and running!!!!
