I spent my birthday weekend with my love. We both had the whole weekend off together! On Saturday we went to the Blackpatch festival. We took my mom along to get her out of the house! She had fun! My sister made me her specialty...... honey Bun cake! [yummmm] The car club all got together and sang happy birthday to me! It was fun...but we all missed Aunt Reba at the same time. I wish she could have been there! :[
I know Aunt Reba is in a better place...don't get me wrong. She struggled so much in this life. She had so many medical problems, she had lost both of her legs, she was confined to the bed. She was miserable. And now I know that she's up in Heaven walking around on her new legs in her mansion that God prepared just for her!! I know she's with all of our loved ones that have already gone on. My grandmother, Grandfather, uncle, cousins.....
But I still miss her so much. And I can't help wishing she was still here with us. The Holidays coming up are going to be so hard. We used to get her up in her wheel chair for Thanksgiving and Christmas... She'd sing Christmas Carols and we would all have so much fun laughing and talking. She always had jokes. She would pick on us abot everything we did. It's going to be hard....but I have to stay strong for my mom.
Well I have to get ready for work now.
