[Thanks to Hel for her words]
I walked all over the library before I found what section I needed. I didn’t notice the lovely girl coming the other end. I reached for the book not know the girl reached too.
Not fully paying attention, Harlequin reached for the same book I was reaching for, “Oh, sorry. You need this?”/p>
I smiled noticing the girl. "Yes and it seems as you do to."
“It would be helpful,” she returned, “although not entirely necessary.” Hel furrowed her brow for a moment, “aren’t you the boy with the Magical Creature Club?”
"Yup that’s the one" I said proudly. "Well I just need some notes from this” referring to the book. "I and give it to you when I’m done or we can share."
“Well, I’m not in a hurry,” Hel returned heading towards a near-by table, “I can hang around while you take some notes. The name is Harlequin, by the way.”
I followed her to the table with his bag that had anime drawings on it and took out my things. "love your name."
“Thanks,” Hel smiled, taking a seat on the table, rather than in a chair “I was raised in a Cirque,” she returned, looking to see his reaction.
"Now that has to be most interesting life." I said with no judgment. "I guess I has its downs like everything else but I bet never a dull moment and i bet you been all over?"
Hel smiled, it was always refreshing when someone didn’t jump to negative conclusions when she spoke of how she had grown up. “Yeah, it is. School is actually kind of like a vacation sometimes,” the witch laughed. “Have been just about everywhere that the land connects. Though I don’t get to travel as much with school. You’re from somewhere off the continent though, aren’t you?”
"Japan " I said as I turned to the right page. He took out leftover paper from his old school used to take the notes he needed. "I never been much of anywhere until now. Though we do have class trips but only 10 hours most away." I looked up at her "Hogwarts is growing on me."
“Well you definitely picked a good year to be here,” Hel returned, “I would say a bit more excitement than usual, but that wouldn’t quite be right,” She pursed her lips in thought for a moment, “more like more planned excitement. But it is a good place to be.”
I was taking notes rabidly in Japanese characters and a few English letters. "I don’t like the dumbstung kids. Other than that I’m making sure the dragons are treaded right." I rambled I’m good at multitasking. "I enjoy the tortament. Though I’m not rooting for everyone expressly Mr. Bright. His aura is blinding."
“Yeah,” Hel frowned for a moment, “I’m not overly fond of them either. Though, the trip to their ship was profitable,” a slight smirk crept along her lips. “Mr. Bright? Can’t imagine that being Krum,” the witch snickered, “so that leaves the Hufflepuff, or that Potter kid. Blinding aura? Interesting.”
I ginned "many things on a ship." "Well it’s not Mr. Charming its gotta be Potter then."
Hel made a face, “I swear, trouble follows that one,” then continued, “not a lot on that ship, really quite Spartan, but maps of the floor plan are in high demand among some of the student body. Though, I think I’ve about exhausted that endeavor.”
“He must not like it. Potter then. Hes not even supposed to be in the event I can see how trouble follows him." I turned the page. "Well they those on the ship seem poor." I wrote a bit then paused. "You noticed anything different about Professor Moody?"
“I don’t think they are so much poor,” Hel commented on Durmstrang, “rather they are taught in a strict environment. No perks.” The witch furrowed her brow in thought for a moment, “other than he is completely stubborn and paranoid?” Hel asked, then shrugged, “he seems just as well put together as the rest of the DADA professors we’ve had,” which was followed by an all out laugh.
“My sister and I are ahead of Hogwarts students in DADA. I admit he’s a good teacher. But his aura is all wrong. " I made a face the kind ‘I didn’t mean to say that out loud. I then finished is notes.
Harlequin shrugged, “from what I’ve heard, he’s been through a lot. Guess that would mess with one’s energies some. Not that he’ll talk about it. No fun at all really.”
I looked at Hel "that’s not it. See we have one aura yours is lovely and one. Moody’s looks like its fighting with a compliantly different aura." Shaking my head "It may be nothing and everything. "
“Well he is kind of pieced together,” she snickered, “what with that eye of his. And, my aura thanks you for saying its lovely.” The witch finished with a giggle.
"Ones aura isn’t like muggle plastic surgery" I thought a moment "aura is your aura it could change tones and colors but the same let’s just say DNA could help understand. " I continued "You’re welcome. If you like I can tell you your colors. “Then he closed the book and put away his notes.
Hel shrugged again at the mystery that was Professor Moody, “I do suppose it’s always good for a girl to know her colors.”
"Your black and red surrounded by white" he smiled I have a book that tells me what your colors mean. If you like perhaps sometime I can tell you."
“Sounds like me,” the witch smiled, “might have to take you up on that offer sometime. But for now,” she took the book he’d been copying notes from, “if you’re done with this, I have homework ahead of me.”
"Yes of course. Ive got a lot of homework too." Ren stood. "My club is always open you and a friend." He smiled "sorry im trying to get as many to join. " Sticking out his hand "It’s nice to meet you I hope we talk again soon" he had a adorable smile.
Hel shook the offered hand, “Maybe Jem and I will stop by sometime. It was nice to meet you as well.”
"Bye bye"
"Bye"
I walked away with a wave leaving the library going to meet Sora to apologize.
