It is my sincerest apologies that I have taken like...4 days to get back on here. Work has been kicking my booty. Last Saturday, was mandatory overtime so I only had Sunday to catch up on some much needed (but didnt help) sleep. This week, though, they have me up front for my back up job as a shipping clerk. I sit in front of a computer all night lol. I founf out 10 minutes before getting off work tonight that I have to pull 12 hours tomorrow. I dont mind it since I will be working with a supervisor that I like. Buuut.....my ankles and feet are sooo swollen. I usually have bony ankles (even during my pregnancies) but this time...it's like my shins go straight to my feet...no ankles at all. I figured a bath when I get home and propping them up would help...but it hasnt. They still hurt and throb
Well, little Miss Shianne has decided to prep my body. Pass 3 nights I have been having some strong Braxton Hicks off and on. Nothing to make me go to the hospital or anything though, just strong enough to make me VERY uncomfortable and unable to sleep good. With my past 3 pregnancies, I didnt work and I was induced 5-10 days early and was given an epidural before the Pitocin so I never felt my contractions. This time around, though, I am working full time and I doubt my doctor will induce me...seeing that he refuses to help me get maternity leave. *cough* asshole *cough*
Update on the kids:
Ehren (oldest boy) is having to have his psychiatric/psychologist appt rescheduled because work is refusing to allow me to use a vacation day for it. The testing itself will take at least 4 hours...and it's over an hour away...so without stopping for food or use the bathroom, I am looking at 6 hours. Other than that, his screaming has eased up. I am taking him this weekend to get a new toy (the other kids as well) because I think they have "cabin fever" from all the snow/ice. Id let them go outside now...but even I sink in mud up to my ankles (or whatever I have now lmao)
Adisyn is doing GREAT in school. She is in 1st grade and has never brought home a progress report that had anything lower than a 98. I am very proud of her. She forgot her homework yesterday (tuesday lol) and to make up for it she asked the teacher for extra credit work. I didnt even tell her to. I was shocked when she told me what she did. My sister informed me that her Spring Break is coming up and was telling me that she had overheard Adisyn praying. She was praying that her uncle (my sister's hub) would be home from prison for her spring break. (id go into detail about him but honestly, its no one's business and its not important lol) She is such a big girl though. You would never tell that she was only 7 from the way she acts.
Rylee... that little one makes me smile so much. I love my kids...but this one is seriously attached to me. He is very possessive of my belly and refuses to let anyone (including my mom, dad, and the other kids) touch or love on my belly. "my Di-am! no touch!" He loves to lay his head on her and kiss her. I am hoping that that will be an indication at how close they will be. Rylee has caught me limping around and he'll offer his tiny hand to help me walk. (not much use but it's a very kind gesture) Both him and Ehren, will grab my hands and put them on their shoulders or head and tell me to let them help me walk.
Well, my legs are hurting pretty bad and so is the pinched nerve so I am going to hop off here.
