Well Cinco de Mayo was a major let down. We went to Chevy's because its where Josh has gone with his friends every year since being here and he loves it. They usually have a live band and everything and he says its packed, so much so you cannot hardly move. Well there was no band this year and it was far from packed *which I would assume is because there is no band* but either way you look at it the night was far from what I expected. His friends were pretty cool talked to some of them but bleh.....
I got the job! The lady called me back and offered it to me. I asked her about it because they didn't want to hire me originally because Josh is in the military and I can leave at any moment pretty much. But she basically told me my references were so fantastic that they couldn't pass me up. I start on Tuesday, work Wednesday and Friday as well. Normal weeks though will be Mon-Wed-Fri. I make nine dollars an hour to start and raises are normally in November. I think that about covers it....... O0o0 except the fact there is uniforms, I hate that. I guess the doctor hates scrubs so we aren't allowed to wear them. Khaki's and a polo ( they buy you one after 2 months or so) but I can wear a nice shirt until they buy me one.
I got my hair done today. I was going to go completely blonde , well a dirty blonde, but it would look less natural as it came back in and it wouldn't turn out the way I want it first try so instead we did pretty much all over highlites. Put some layers in it. Sweet.
The more I look at stuff and start trying to slowly plan the wedding, the more I hate the idea. I really don't like that I am here in Illinois and its going to be in Minnesota. A place I don't know. And if it was somewhere like Minneapolis - a big city it might be easier but its not. Its in Bemidji a little tiny ass town ..... gay sauce. Anyways. I guess I am out for now. Going to hang around, be bored, and do more nothingness.
