Why do people make a big deal over every little action??

Why do people make a big deal out of nothing? Changing facebook pictures to cartoons to raise awareness for child abuse. People say what's the point, donate some money. That's right cause right now when people can barely afford to feed there kids, they now have to donate because you say so. its called raising awareness...putting it in people's faces. I'm starting to think that nothing will ever make everyone happy, that as long as they can make a big issue out of something innocent and simple they are going to. It bothers me that people make drama over nothing. I'm sorry that you were abused as a child, I'm sorry that I didn't know you and had no clue it was happening to you. Don't lash out at me because of that. I have nothing but sympathy and I'm nothing but proud for the way you can move on and live your life. I'm sorry that I wasn't in your situation, but you don't know what I have and haven't been through, so back off about it. Then I come on here and a bunch of people are complaining because of it. Its a simple innocent action...why make something out of nothing? I just don't get it. I doubt I ever will.
