    I'm pretty excited about today. I got majorly stoked during Physics, because I was going off of some crazy energy from actually eating at sooner intervals, keeping my blood sugar up and whatnot, and I planned out a crazy workout. I'm actually looking forward to strength training? What? Me?

  • DDR-10 Minutes
  • Jump Rope-5 minutes
  • Treadmill-Walk-5% incline-10 minutes
  • Jump Rope-5 minutes

    Strength Training
  • Reverse Crunches
  • Bicycle Crunches
  • Leg Raises
  • Lateral Raises with Dumbbell
  • Tricep Dips
  • Bicep Curls with Dumbbells
  • Forward Lunges
  • Genie Sit
  • Wall Squats
  • Standing Abduction
